No drop-down arrows appearing under any of the icons in the Practice Manager Toolbar

This support note applies to:

In MYOB Practice Manager, you may find that there are no drop-down arrows appearing under the icons located on the toolbar.

This can occur if the display properties have been changed on the workstation.

To resolve this matter, you need to ensure that your Display Properties are set to Smaller - 100% (default).

 

Windows 10

You need to perform the following steps:

  1. Press Windows key + R. The Run window opens.
  2. Enter Display in the field. The Control Panel > Display window appears.
  3. Select the radio button Smaller - 100% (default) and click Apply. Changes to the Display Properties is now saved.
You may need to reboot your workstation for the change to take effect.

If you are using Windows 7, you need to perform the follow steps:

  1. At the Windows desktop, right-click then select Personalize and Display. The Make it easier to read what's on your screen window appears.
  2. Select the radio button Smaller - 100% (default) and click Apply. Changes to the Display Properties is now saved.

    You may need to reboot your workstation for the change to take effect.
