No task codes available in drop-down in timesheet data entry

In MYOB Accountants Enterprise (AE) Practice Manager when entering timesheets, if you complete a timesheet entry line but forget to put in a task or if you select the incorrect task, when you go back to enter or correct the task code, no tasks are available to select from the drop-down list.

This issue can occur when a client has an assignment with a closed job and no current job open.

The workaround is to zero out the line and re-key in again or you can create a new job on the client.

This issue only affects Periodical view.
