No tax estimate appears when pressing F4 or clicking the Tax Estimate icon

In MYOB Tax, occasionally you may notice the tax estimate may not appear when pressing the F4 key or when clicking the Tax Estimate icon. You may also experience certain Tax Schedules do not open.
This happens when there is a broken link between the tax ledger and the calculations ledger.
Its easy to re-connect tax ledger with the calculations ledger, all you need to do is refresh the System Services links.
