No text box in Stage Three of Billing Wizard
This support note applies to:
- AE Practice Manager (NZ)
- AE Practice Manager (AU)
In some instances a user may be missing the text box where you would normally type in paragraph text.
To resolve, right mouse click under the heading columns for example, the Para No, Tax or Amount columns and select Show Detail. If this does not display the text box in the bottom section of the screen, please contact Support and quote this KB article number 33590

To resolve, open up the dbo.Employee table and note the EmployeeID of the employee with the issue.
Next open up dbo.UserProperties table and find the relevant EmployeeID, then find the StageThreeColumns for the employee. Highlight the whole line and delete it.
