Non Transaction Data (NTD) incorrectly displays Director's name
This support note applies to:
- AO Statutory Reporter (AU)
- AE Statutory Reporter (AU)
In MYOB Statutory Reporter 5.4.27, you may notice the Non Transaction Data (NTD) fields displays name of inactive directors, even though the Director has an End Date, in the client Associated tab.
In the Non-Transaction data > Directors table, the field is locked and cannot be deleted. If the Name field is left blank, the report will still print the name.
We're aware of this issue and working on a solution. In the meantime, for any directors you don't want to appear in the signing fields, deselect the Director is a signatory checkbox in the NTD Directors field. The names of non-signatory directors will not print.
If only one director is signatory but multiple directors appear in the NTD, you'll need to manually edit the declaration paragraph to read "The Director" (singular) instead of "The Directors" (plural).
