Non Transaction Data (NTD) linked fields not linking to addresses

This support note applies to:

• AE Statutory Reporter (NZ)
• AE Statutory Reporter (AU)
• AO Statutory Reporter (AU)
• AO Statutory Reporter (NZ)

In MYOB Statutory Reporter 5.4.27 you may notice the Non Transaction Data (NTD) fields linked to addresses is showing blank in the client details.

This issue occurs if you are using Admin Centre or CDSViz post for integration, as the address mapping fields cannot be changed or updated.

By default the address mapping fields are blank, which means no address will flow through to the client NTD details.

We're aware of the issue and working on a solution.
