When using MYOB Accountants Enterprise (AE) Reporter for a Management Accounting System (MAS) ledger, the reports that appear may be for an incorrect Entity Type. For example, the MAS ledger may be a company, but reports may be for a trust.
To show the correct reports, change the Entity Type in MAS for Reporter.
To change the Entity Type in MAS for Reporter
- Open the MAS ledger and go to Utilities > Support Routines.
A message appears: These routines should only be run under the supervision of Support. - Click OK.
The Special Routines menu appears. - Select option 11. Change Entity Type.
The Change Entity Type window appears. - Enter an Entity Type and click OK.
The Special Routines menu appears. - Press Esc on your keyboard. The MAS ledger appears.
