PDF Manager printer not being added to Devices and Printers

This support note applies to:

• PDF Manager (AU)
• PDF Manager (NZ)

When installing PDF Manager on a Windows 8 or Server 2012 computer, the MYOB PDF Manager printer is not added to the list of Devices and Printers.

To resolve, you must download the Windows 8/Server 2012 specific build of PDF Manager 1.6 from my.MYOB Australia and install it on all relevant machines.
