This page shows a list of user acceptance tests you can do after a server migration of your MYOB Accountants Office or Accountants Enterprise (MYOB AE/AO) products.

Click the product you use to view the tests.

Practice Manager
  • Produce a Bill & Receipt

  • Edit a homepage

  • Run Practice Reports

  • Add a document to a Client (If you don't use Document Manager)

  • Enter a Timesheet

Document Manager
  • Create a new document with Stationary & Standard

  • Profile a Document

  • Open a linked document

  • Send an email

Client Accounting

Make sure to check for each type of data source (MAS, AccountRight, Accounts or Accountants Office General Ledger)

  • Workpapers

    • Open an In Progress workpaper

    • Generate PDF

  • Trial Balance (If you don't use Workpapers)

    • Generate PDF

  • Statutory Reporter (AccountRight or Ledger Clients Only)

    • Select Reports tab

    • Preview a Report

AE MAS/Accounts
  • Enter transactions

  • Produce Reports

AE Assets
  • Enter transactions

  • Produce Reports

PDF Manager
  • Enable Integration with Document Manager

  • Print PDF to PDF Manager printer

  • Save with DM

  • Import from WatchFolder
