PowerPoint files added using the Add Presentation function create a blank document

This support note applies to:

In MYOB Document Manager, when using the Add Presentation option in the Task menu you may find your new document opens up blank.

As a workaround, open the file directly from the Intranet. Within MS PowerPoint, click on the Document Manager toolbar and click ShareIT. Save the file to Document Manager then modify the template as required.
