Preview Bar stops working after reopening PDF Manager

This support note applies to:

  • PDF Manager (AU)
  • PDF Manager (NZ)

When you deselect all pages in MYOB PDF Manager and then close it. After reopening from Start > Programs > MYOB> PDF Manager it does not work.

As your current settings have been saved in the instance of PDF Manager which is already running / open in the System Tray (where date and time appears), you need to open MYOB PDF Manager by double clicking on the System Tray icon.
