Previewing bills are slow to open for Office 2013 and above

In MYOB Practice Manager you may find when previewing bills, they are slow to open up in MS Word. The issue maybe that Word 2013 or Word 2016 are not starting up fast enough before previewing the bill.

To resolve this issue try starting up Word and leave open in the background before previewing the bill.

Also check the size of the bill template you are using to create bills, for example, if the template contains a logo this can cause slowness opening if the logo file is large.
