Producing a report of all MAS ledgers

In MYOB Accountants Enterprise MAS (AE MAS), you may need to produce a report showing all existing AE MAS ledgers.

You can't filter this list or retrieve information regarding the data within the ledgers such as year-end dates.

To produce a list of ledgers in System Release

Open System Release. The default view opens.
If the default view is not the folder containing the MAS ledgers, select the relevant folder.
Click the Folder link in the task pane under Administration. The list of folders appears.
Double-click the folder containing the list of ledgers you want to print. The ledger list appears.
If you want to customise what information you see in the folder, go to View > Folder View, select the required fields and click OK.
Go to File > Print. The Print window appears.
Make the required selections and click the required output option. The report appears at the selected destination.
If you want to export this report to a file, select Print to file and, in the Where field, enter the destination, file name and extension.
