Re-opening a client

- AE Practice Manager (NZ)
- AE Practice Manager (AU)

You may have closed a client within AE Practice Manager (AE PM) and now need to re-open it.
Ensure you have ticked the box Include closed clients to include them when searching and also tick the box for Show Closed Assignments when on the Client > Assignment tab to view closed assignments.
To re-open a client
In AE PM, open the client. The Main tab appears.
- From the TASKS bar, select Re-open client.
Select the Assignments tab. All assignments for this client are displayed.
Ensure the Show Closed Assignments box is ticked.- Click into the name of the assignment you wish to re-open. The Main tab of the Assignment Details screen appears.
- Select Open from the Assignment Status field drop-down list.
- Click OK to save the changes.
