Re-opening a client

This support note applies to:

  • AE Practice Manager (NZ)

  • AE Practice Manager (AU)

You may have closed a client within AE Practice Manager (AE PM) and now need to re-open it.

Ensure you have ticked the box Include closed clients to include them when searching and also tick the box for Show Closed Assignments when on the Client > Assignment tab to view closed assignments.

To re-open a client

  1. In AE PM, open the client. The Main tab appears.

  2. From the TASKS bar, select Re-open client.

  3. Select the Assignments tab. All assignments for this client are displayed.

    Ensure the Show Closed Assignments box is ticked.

  4. Click into the name of the assignment you wish to re-open. The Main tab of the Assignment Details screen appears.

  5. Select Open from the Assignment Status field drop-down list.

  6. Click OK to save the changes.
