This support note applies to:
- AE MAS (AU)
In MYOB Accountants Enterprise MAS (AE MAS), when you print a trial balance, it may display the profit and loss amounts as credits and not display balance sheet amounts at all.
This can occur after you perform a year-end routine where there is a blank line at the top of the client chart of accounts.
- Restore the MAS ledger from before the balance forward.
- Remove the blank line from the client chart of accounts.
Open System Services and go into the MAS ledger. The MAS ledger profile appears.
Go to Setup > Client Files > Client Chart. The Client Chart window appears.
Select the blank line at the top of the client chart and click Delete. A message appears confirming the deletion.
Click Yes. The line is removed.
Press Esc on your keyboard. The MAS ledger profile appears.
- Balance forward the MAS ledger again. The figures are correct when you print the trial balance.
