Red asterisk appears in the Pre billing report

In MYOB Accountants Office (AO) Practice Manager, should you find a red asterisk (*) appear next to a timesheet entry in the Pre Billing report.

This indicates the timesheet entry contains unposted time.

To refresh the entry in Employee timesheet

Click the Timesheet icon.
Navigate to the relevant date.
Add a full stop to the Comment field against the relevant timesheet entry and click Save
