This support note applies to:
- Profiles (AU)
- AE Tax Series 6 & 8 (AU)
A contact that has been previously marked as a former contact can be reopened so that tax returns and account ledgers can be created, Timecost data can then be entered and documents can be saved to the contact.
- In the Contacts window, select the option Include former contacts at the bottom of the list. Former contacts appear in the list.
- Select the contact to be reinstated.
- From the File menu, select Properties. The Contact Properties window appears.
- Deselect the option Former Contact.
- Click OK.
