Removing completed milestones from the Jobs homepage

This support note applies to:

• AE Practice Manager (NZ)
• AE Practice Manager (AU)

Within Job Manager you may find that even though you have completed all milestones to end a job for a client, the jobs are still displayed on the Jobs homepage. This is because an end milestone has not been selected to indicate that this step completes the job.

To setup the end milestone

Go to Maintenance > Maintenance Map > Assignment > Milestones and ensure the End Milestone checkbox is selected for one of the milestones listed.
