Report filter error when using 'Is Null' or 'Is Not Null' in Client reports
This support note applies to:
- AO Practice Manager (NZ)
- AO Practice Manager (AU)
In MYOB AO version 5.4.28, when using Filter 'Is Null' or 'Is Not Null' in the Date Closed field shows a message ' The Report Filter could not be applied'.
This happens on the following Client reports:
- Client Details
- Client and Contact Addresses
- Client Contact details
- Contacts and Clients
And WIP and Debt/Client Summary.
We're aware of this issue and working on a solution.
As a workaround, use the filter Between <dates> and <dates> in the Date Closed filed.
For example Between 01/07/2018 and 30/06/2019
