In MYOB Accountants Enterprise (AE) you may find when trying to export a report from within Reports > Report Export & Import to backup customised report for example, the report does not export.
You may also find when when previewing a report and selecting any of the Export to Excel options, the system may freeze and no information displays.
To resolve this issue ensure there are no special characters,for example '/' or '\' in the title of the report.
