Article ID: 33953

In MYOB Accountants Enterprise Reporter (AE Reporter) in a Terminal Server environment, you may experience the occurrence of the data showing on the reports being from a different ledger to the ledger that you currently have open. The data can potentially be of a ledger you have previously opened in the same Terminal Server session.

To ensure the balances are refreshed each time you use Reporter you need to update the s6RpReportPrv.dll file with the file attached to this article.

To update the s6RpReportPrv.dll file
  1. Click S6RpReportPrv.zip to download the file. The File Download window appears.

  2. Click Save. The Save As window appears.

  3. Navigate to a location on your Terminal Server and click Save. The file is saved to the specified location.

  4. Open Windows Explorer and navigate to the C:\Program Files\MYOB\Reporter\3.3 (32-bit) or C:\Program Files (x86)\MYOB\Reporter\3.3 (64-bit) folder.

  5. Right-click on the s6RpReportPrv.dll file and select rename. The file name becomes editable.

  6. Type s6RpReportPrv.old and press Enter. The file is renamed.

  7. Navigate to the location specified in step 3 and double-click on the s6RpReportPrv.zip file. The Winzip-s6RpReportPrv.zip window appears.

  8. Click Extract. The Extract window appears.

  9. Select the C:\Program Files\MYOB\Reporter\3.3 folder and click Extract. The file is extracted to the Reporter installation folder.
