Resolving a blank Family Groups screen

In MYOB Practice Manager (PM), the Family Groups is an additional feature that allows you to group related entities using a label rather than an actual client in the database. This allows you to group related clients in a far broader sense than simply for billing purposes.
You may find the heading under Maintenance > Maintenance Map > Client /Supplier > Family Groups (AE) or Maintenance > Maintenance Map > Client > Family Groups (AO) has been accidentally dragged off the page and the screen displays a blank page.
To resolve this issue you need to drag the field Family Group back into the column heading area.
