Restoring a deleted document

In MYOB Accountants Enterprise and Accountants Office Document Manager (MYOB DM) when a document has been deleted it can be retrieved and restored.

The following process will step you through retrieving a deleted document.

 

To restore a deleted document

Perform the following instructions using the login of the person who deleted the document or the Document Manager Administrator's login:

  1. Click the drop arrow under the Documents icon and select My Documents. The Homepage appears.
  2. Right click and select My Recently Used Documents or All Recently Used Documents. A list of recently used documents appears.
  3. Highlight the deleted document and select Restore from Trashbin from the shortcut buttons at the bottom of the homepage. The document is restored.
 
This homepage shows only the last 20 recently used documents.  If the deleted document does not appear in the list, untick all the audit trail options except for the Trashed option at the bottom of the homepage and select refresh.  This will show only the deleted documents.
