Restoring deleted documents in MYOB Intranet

In MYOB Intranet to restore a deleted document you will need to edit the properties of the document from the Intranet Administration area.

The following instructions will step you through this process.

To restore deleted documents
  1. From within MYOB Intranet, click the Administration link. The MYOB Intranet Administration window opens.
  2. Click the [+] next to the Status category in the Navigation Pane. The Status category expands.
  3. Highlight the Deleted subcategory. The Deleted documents appear.
  4. Highlight and right click on the document you want to restore and select Properties. The Document Properties window opens.
  5. In the Details tab, click the drop-down arrow at the Status field and select Published. The status of Published appears.
  6. Click OK. The document has been restored.
    The document will then disappear from the Deleted subcategory and appears in the category that it was created under.
