In MYOB Tax you can establish default print settings such as font, font size and page orientation to use when printing Tax forms. These are stored in Page Setups. MYOB provides some standard page setups with the most appropriate settings for the main forms in Tax and these Page Setups are applied to the forms in User Preferences. Following is the process to perform if you change the default page setup for any of the tax forms, in either practice defaults or user defaults and wish to restore the standard defaults.
How to restore standard Page Setups for a user
- Open a tax return in the current year and from the Maintenance menu, select User Preferences. The User Preferences window appears.
- Click the ellipses button […] on the User Code field and select the required User Code. The required user is selected.
- Click the Print Options tab and click Return Print Setup. Print Setup Window opens.
Select the Page Setup as follows then click OK:

- Click OK. The Tax Return appears.
How to restore standard page setups for the Practice
- Open a tax return in the current year and follow the menu path: Utilities > Practice default options > Return print setup. The Print Setup window opens.
Click the ellipses button [...] on each form type, select the page setup as follows then click OK:
