Running a report to show Task Permissions for Practice Manager

This support note applies to:

• AO Practice Manager (NZ)
• AO Practice Manager (AU)
• AE Practice Manager (NZ)
• AE Practice Manager (AU)

In Practice Manager, you can preview a list of all your Task Permissions by a particular Group.

To preview, go to Maintenance > Security > Task Permissions, select either Central or Practice Manager depending on the type of security that you wish to change and then select the group you would like to see all permissions on.

Central is used for the administration areas in Practice Manager, whereas Practice Manager relates to the data entry areas of Practice Manager.

When you've selected the Product and Group, on the Tasks bar click the Export to Excel icon.

To view other groups or products repeat the steps once you have selected the relevant options.
