SbrSender exception errors appear in Event Log for Server 2019

This support note applies to:

• AE Tax Series 6 & 8 (AU)
• AE Tax (AU)
• AO Tax (AU)

When lodging a tax return in MYOB Tax on Windows Server 2019, you might experience the error "Exception: No handle of the given name exist" appearing in the MYOB Windows Event Log.

This error occurs intermittently and doesn't affect the lodgment of tax returns. The tax return is still lodged and received by the ATO and the return status is updated correctly in Lodgment Manager.

We're aware of this error and are investigating further.

This error only affects environments using Server 2019.
