Scan option in PDF Manager does not work in Windows 10 environments

In MYOB PDF Manager you may experience that the Scan option does not work on a workstation using Windows 10.

To import the document into PDF Manager, we recommend using the scanning software provided by your scanner manufacturer to scan your documents to an MYOB Watchfolder. You can then import the scanned documents from the MYOB Watchfolder into PDF Manager.

Your scanning software will allow you to scan the file in Optical Character Recognition (OCR). OCR files allow you to search using keywords in PDF documents.
