Securing contact attributes

You can secure contact attributes to limit members of selected security groups to be able to edit the attribute value of secured attributes.

To flag an attribute as secured

  1. In the Configuration module, double-click the Contact Attributes icon.

  2. Select the Yes field for the relevant attribute/s.

  3. Click Close.

To add the restricted feature

  1.  In the Configuration module, double-click the Security Features icon.

  2. Click Add.

  3. Select Change Secured Contact Attribute Values and click OK.

  4. Select the relevant security group from the Available Groups and click Add>.

  5. Repeat step 4 for any additional groups, if required.
