This support note applies to:

In MYOB Accountants Enterprise or Accountants Office when you select the Documents tab of an individual client and click Search, the search will display documents modified up to the date entered in the Display documents from field.
By default MYOB will dispaly documents 18 months back from the date that appears in the Display documents from field.
Note: In versions of Document Manager prior to 5.4.25, this feature incorrectly used the created date.
In MYOB Document Manager version 4.04 a new feature was introduced where the date can be set as a practice wide default. The following instructions will assist with setting this date as a practice default.
In versions of Document Manager prior to 4.04 the 18 month default period cannot be changed.
Follow the menu path: Maintenance > Maintenance Maps > Documents > Document Manager Setup.
Select Contact Document Defaults.
In the Months field enter the number of months to commence the document search from.
The number of months appears.
Click Finish.Your changes have been saved.
