Setting up access to Draft Bills

This support note applies to:

  • AO Practice Manager (AU)

  • AE Practice Manager (AU)

  • AO Practice Manager (NZ)

  • AE Practice Manager (NZ)

In MYOB Practice Manager (PM) if you can't access Billing > Draft Bills it means that you are not in the relevant security group to access this section.

To allow access:

  1. Navigate to Maintenance > Maintenance Map >Security > Task Permissions > Practice Manager.

  2. Select the relevant Security Group and under Group Description, expand Other.

  3. Tick [Bills] [Current Draft Bills] to Allow and click OK
    To test access to the Draft Bills, the user needs to logout and login to AE. 
     

To locate the specified Task Permission quicker, select the Product & Security Group, in the Search field, type:  draft bills. When you expand Other, you should see the relevant item that you need to select.
