This support note applies to:
- AO Practice Manager (AU)
- AE Practice Manager (AU)
- AO Practice Manager (NZ)
- AE Practice Manager (NZ)
In MYOB Practice Manager (PM) if you can't access Billing > Draft Bills it means that you are not in the relevant security group to access this section.
To allow access:
- Navigate to Maintenance > Maintenance Map >Security > Task Permissions > Practice Manager.
- Select the relevant Security Group and under Group Description, expand Other.
- Tick [Bills] [Current Draft Bills] to Allow and click OK.
To test access to the Draft Bills, the user needs to logout and login to AE.
