Setting up OnTheGo (AE)

This support note applies to:

  • OnTheGo (NZ)

MYOB OnTheGo gives you anywhere, anytime read access to existing data in MYOB Accountants Enterprise. You have online real time access to client contact details and key performance measures in table and graphical format from any browser enabled device supporting HTML5.

To access OnTheGo you must have done the following:

  • set up your Practice my.MYOB Settings

  • enter the my.MYOB logins for each employee

  • set the Task Permissions

  • activate MYOB OnTheGo

  • access OnTheGo via your mobile device

  • add OnTheGo to your mobile device home page

To set up your Practice my.MYOB Settings and Enter the my.MYOB logins for each employee. Refer to KB 36250: How do I enter Practice my.MYOB Settings and employee my.MYOB logins?

To set the Task Permissions. Setting up MYOB OnTheGo > Task Permissions - Australia

To activate MYOB OnTheGo. Setting up MYOB OnTheGo - Australia

To access OnTheGo via your mobile device

  1. Enter http://onthego.myob.com into your browser enabled device.

  2. Enter your my.MYOB login details.

To add MYOB OnTheGo to your mobile device home screen - Australia

To add MYOB OnTheGo to your mobile device home screen - New Zealand
