Specifying a default printer for AE Assets

In MYOB Accountants Enterprise (AE) Assets, to specify the printer you wish to print to, you can either:

  • Print the report directly, that is without previewing to screen first. With this option, you can access the Printer Preferences and specify the required printer, or

  • Set the required printer as the default printer on the workstation from within the Windows Control Panel. Reports printed from AE Assets will print to this printer.

To set the default printer

  1. From within Control Panel, click Devices and Printers.

  2. Right click on the required Printer and click Set as default printer. The selected printer appears with a green tick icon.
