Stopping multiple pages printing when using PDF Manager

This support note applies to:

In MYOB Tax, when you print to MYOB PDF Manager you may experience multiple pages printing when they are not required.

This occurs if the printing preferences on the PDF Manager printer are set to something other than A4.

To adjust the PDF Manager printing preferences

Exit from MYOB applications and perform these steps from your Windows Desktop.

1. From the Start menu, select Devices and Printers. The Devices and Printers window opens.
2. Right-click the MYOB PDF Manager printer and select Printing Preferences. The MYOB PDF Manager Printing Preferences window appears.
3. Click the drop-down arrow on the Size is field in the Paper Options section and select A4. A4 is selected.
4. Click OK. The printing preferences are updated.
