Timesheet total hours/total units does not display the correct figure

In MYOB Accountants Office (AO) Practice Manager (PM), you may find that the total hours or total units shown at the bottom of the timesheet screen doesn't display the correct figure.

This can occur when the Refresh key is used during the timesheet entry process. To avoid this issue, don't use the Refresh key.

This is a display issue with the totals not adding for the day.

When you hit the Refresh key, it clears the totals and only starts a running tally on any new entries added after that point. To see the correct total with the refreshed entries, rekey the start time on each unbilled line (not appearing in red) and tab through the line.

The WIP on each client is correct. An individual line item is posted so the units on each line will be reflected in the client's WIP ledger. This will show in your WIP Enquiry or a Prebilling report. The employee reports are also correct.
