Timesheet transactions appear in red and are bolded

This support note applies to:

  • AE Practice Manager (AU)

In MYOB Practice Manager (PM) you may notice that in an employee's timesheet some entries may appear in red and are bolded.

Timesheet entries will appear in red and are bolded when:

  • They have been included in a draft bill and/or
  • They have been partially or fully billed.
Transactions included in draft bills or transactions that are partially or fully billed cannot be corrected even if a bill is reversed as the timesheet would then be linked to two bills; the original bill and the reversal bill.
