Unable to find a document in MYOB Document Manager

In MYOB Document Manager (DM) when searching for a particular document in the Find Documents screen, the document does not always appear in the list of results however, the bottom of the screen displays that it has "No. of Documents found: 1".

This happens when the document you are searching has been deleted.

To restore the document from within MYOB
  1. Click the drop down arrow under the Documents icon and select My Documents. The My Documents Homepage opens. 
  2. Right click inside the My Documents Homepage and select All Recently Used Documents. All Recently Used Documents are displayed.

    If the file is listed there, it will have a strike through the name.
  3. At the bottom of the My Documents Homepage in the Audit Trail Options ensure that the Trashed option is the only option selected. Deleted Documents listing displays.

    The following instructions will allow you to restore the document from the Deleted Documents list.
  4. Select the checkbox next to the document and click the green arrow icon at the bottom. The document is restored.

    If the document does not appear, change the number of documents to display on the bottom right side of the screen and click Refresh.
