This support note applies to:
- PDF Manager (AU)
- PDF Manager (NZ)
If you are using Chrome or Firefox as your web browser you may experience that nothing happens when selecting the Printer icon to print to PDF Manager.
This usually occurs on websites where they have their own Printer icon.
To avoid this issue, MYOB recommends that you use Internet Explorer 11 or above to print from the websites that use Printer icons.
