Unable to progress through the Billing Wizard for one client only

In MYOB Accountants Enterprise Practice Manager (AEPM), you're unable to continue to Stage 2 of the Billing Wizard for one client. Exiting and re-opening AEPM doesn't fix this issue.

This issue occurs due to the length of the Mailing name.

To fix the issue, shorten the Mailing name of the client.

To shorten the Mailing name
  1. Log in to MYOB AE.

  2. Open the client you're getting the error on.

  3. Go to Main tab and from Tasks bar > Edit Client Details.

  4. Make changes to the Mailing name field > OK.
