This support note applies to:

In MYOB Accountants Enterprise Practice Manager (AEPM), you're unable to continue to Stage 2 of the Billing Wizard for one client. Exiting and re-opening AEPM doesn't fix this issue.
This issue occurs due to the length of the Mailing name.
To fix the issue, shorten the Mailing name of the client.
- Log in to MYOB AE.
- Open the client you're getting the error on.
- Go to Main tab and from Tasks bar > Edit Client Details.
- Make changes to the Mailing name field > OK.
