Unable to send emails containing a Reference ID or attachment using Document Manager
This support note applies to:
- AO Document Manager (AU)
- AO Classic Document Manager (AU)

- AE Document Manager (NZ)
- AE Document Manager (AU)
In MYOB Document Manager (DM) you may find that you are unable to send an email from DM when the email contains either:
- A Document Reference Number and/or
- A file attachment.
MYOB has identified that is only occurs when ESET Node32 anti-virus software is in use. To resolve this issue, you need to disable the ESET Node32 anti-virus software and consider an alternative anti-virus software. For further assistance, please contact your IT Consultant.
