This support note applies to:
- AE Reporter (NZ)
- AE Reporter (AU)
In some circumstances you may need to refresh the MYOB Accountants Enterprise (AE) Reporter application on your system, this may be due to a corruption of the application files or if something impeded the successful installation of the application.
To refresh the application you may need to remove it prior to reinstalling fresh from Control Panel > Programs and Features.
MYOB INTERNAL STAFF ONLY
You can also uninstall AE Reporter using the unwise.exe file as follows:

64 bit - C:\Program Files(x86)\MYOB\Reporter - Open the Installation Logs folder and double click the Unwise.exe file.
- Navigate to the Installation Logs folder then type S in the File name.
- Select the log file for the latest version of Assets and click Open.
- Select Automatic and click Next. If you have an option to perform a rollback at this point, select No.
- Navigate to the following locations and rename the Reporter folder to Reporter.old.
32 bit - C:\Program Files\MYOB\ Reporter\
