Updating the Report Lists in AO Classic

MYOB AO Classic Reports can be used if you are using MYOB's standard chart. MYOB has report lists for each entity type which are set up in our templates. To be able to use the reports, update your report lists.
To add a report list
In the Select Ledger Screen, select the client and click Open. The client ledger will open.
Go to the Reports menu, select Print Financial Reports. The Print Financial Reports wizard appears.
Go to Step Two of the wizard and click Add/Copy. Add/Copy Report List window opens.
Select Copy a Report List. Select Entity and Available Report Lists option become active.
From the Select Entity drop-down list, select the relevant template (e.g. for an exempt company select the 50 Exempt Coy Template). Select the report list you want to copy and click Update. The report list is updated.
To remove a report list
In the Select Ledger Screen, select the client and click Open. The client ledger will open.
Go to the Reports menu, select Print Financial Reports. The Print Financial Reports wizard appears.
Go to Step Two of the wizard and click Remove. A window will pop up asking you "Are you sure you want to delete Report List …" Select Yes. The report list will have been removed.
To change a report list which has customised reports
In the Select Ledger Screen, select the client and click Open.The client ledger will open.
Go to the Reports menu, select Print Financial Reports. The Print Financial Reports wizard appears.
At Step Two of the wizard select the Report List to changes and Select Next. Step 3 - Select Reports to Print window opens.
Press F8 on each report that is linked to a Master. Master reports selected are deleted.
Click Update Report List. The Update Report List window opens with a list of the reports to update.
Click Update. The reports are now added into Step 3 - Select Reports to Print window.
