Upgrading my second database

This support note applies to:

  • AE Practice Manager (NZ)

  • AE Practice Manager (AU)

In MYOB Accountants Enterprise Practice Manager (AE PM) it is possible to have more than 1 database. For example, a database for another entity/practice.

Ensure you have taken a backup of the database before upgrading.

To upgrade an additional database

  1. Once the 1st database has been upgraded, log in to AE PM as a user with superuser rights.

  2. Select the relevant database in the drop-down box (i.e VPMSER, AEDB1).

  3. Follow the system prompt to upgrade this database.
