In MYOB Accountants Enterprise and Accountants Office, a homepage has been created so that you are able to view a list of all documents that have been checked out based on your log in details.
The following instructions will assist with this process.
Perform the following instructions from within MYOB AE or AO to access the pre-designed homepage listing all documents checked out by your log in details.
- Click the down arrow under the Documents icon
The menu options display.
- Select My Checked Out Documents.
The My Checked Out Documents homepage displays.
MYOB Accountants Enterprise users have the ability to create a customised homepage which will then be listed under the Home icon.

To ensure that you make the correct selection to view your checked out documents in the MYOB Help Centre instructions ensure that you select the Document Manager option from the Toolbox window. Then click and drag the Checked out documents option from the Toolbox screen to the home page. The Documents checked out by you window will appear on your customised home page and you can then continue with the instructions.
