Viewing a To Do list in Document Manager

This support note applies to:

  • AO Document Manager (AU)
  • AO Classic Document Manager (AU)
  • AO Classic Document Manager (NZ)

In MYOB Document Manager you have the ability to view the to do list in three ways:

  • Client details To Do tab.
  • To Dos homepage.
  • Customised homepage.

This Knowledge Base Article will explore all of these options.

Client details To Do tab

In this area, all the to do items created for this client that are assigned to any employee will be visible. 

To access the To Do tab

Open the client and click the To Do tab.

To Dos homepage

To access the To Do Homepage

Click on the To Dos icon. All the todo items created which are assigned to you appear.

Customised homepage (AE users only)

This option allows you to create a customised homepage to not only provide you with a to do list of those items assigned to you but also offers the ability to choose the different views that are available. These include:

  • To Do not yet complete
  • To Do completed today
  • To Do due to end today
  • Tasks due to start today.

To create a customised to do homepage

Refer to the section To list your To Do items on your homepage on the To Do items on your homepage.

To change the view on my customised to do homepage
The following instructions apply once you have already created your customised to do homepage.

To choose one of the following different views available, right click on the grey title of the homepage and select from the following options:

  • To Do not yet complete
  • To Do completed today
  • To Do due to end today
  • Tasks due to start today.
