Why are my Milestones displaying out of order in Job Sheets?

Within AE Practice Manager you may find that your milestones are displaying out of order in Job Sheets.

This is normally caused by adding more milestones to the system after jobs have been created.

To correct this, edit the Position column with the correct order under Maintenance > Assignment > Milestones and then delete and recreate any custom homepages for staff to have the milestones displayed in the correct order. If the standard Jobs sheet is being used i.e. the Jobs icon, each user will need to select Reset homepage from the tasks bar for the milestones to be displayed in the correct order.

You should also check the milestones under a client's assignment tab. If the milestones are out of order in this area, refer to KB 34396 - Milestones not in correct order on the Assignment tab of the client

A Start and End milestone must be flagged to make use of reporting on milestones. A job is deemed as started when the status of the Start milestone is set to Complete. A job is deemed to have ended when the status of the End milestone is set to Complete.
