Why can't I see my new employee when using Filter jobs and Assigned To?
This support note applies to:
- AE Practice Manager (NZ)
- AE Practice Manager (AU)
When using Job Sheets within AE Practice Manager (AE PM) the system allows you to filter the job sheet by right clicking and selecting Filter jobs.
If you are filtering the homepage using Assigned To and Equal and find the new employee is not displaying in the drop-down list, this indicates the new employee has not been assigned to a job.
