Word document does not open when using the Add Letter function in Document Manager

In MYOB Document Manager version 4.0.19 when using the Add Letter function you may experience that the Word document does not open. 

The document is created, but cannot be accessed via the Task bar option and requires Word to be completely closed and then opened from within Document Manager.

This occurs only in Office 2013 and 2016 environments.

MYOB has addressed this issue in MYOB Document Manager, Version 4.0.23.
