How to import data

  1. Click Utilities > Import Data.

  2. With any duplicate calculations do you want to?: Select this option to create new calculations or overwrite calculations in your ledger. Any calculations that have the same code as a calculation which you are importing may be overwritten or a new one may be created. After answering this prompt, the Importing Data screen is displayed.

  3. File: Enter the full path and file name or navigate to file which contains the calculation data to be imported.

  4. Click [OK] to import the calculation data from the location specified in the File Import screen.
