The foreign Income tax offset field will be pre-filled from the transactions entered in the foreign income dialog once tax had been calculated.

Foreign tax paid: This dialog is pre-filled from the Foreign Income dialog.

FITO Allowed: This will be calculated from transactions entered in the foreign income dialog.
